A high-pressure spray lance distributes water in a controlled and repeatable pattern on all of the internal surfaces of the IBC to remove any powder residue. The drainage frame includes a cone lifter for automatic cleaning of the outlet with the Cone Valve in situ.

Universal suction lance made of PP in 4 sizes for use in canisters, barrels or containers. The suction lance is configured as standard with return, ventilation function and 2-stage level monitoring. Injection lances (or fittings) are generally used within dosing systems as a means of introducing chemical into main pipeline streams. Sample lances are used to extract samples for quality monitoring. Lances with a non-return valve fitted prevent backflow.

Matcon offers a range of IBC cleaning systems from a simple, manually positioned wash lance to a complete automatic wash station. Cleaning of both the stainless steel powder handling IBCs and the polyethylene Tablet IBCs can be carried out using the same equipment.

This is a fully automatic IBC filling system. No operator is necessary. Each IBC conveys into the fill station then stops, signalling the lance to enter the container and automatically tare the load. This system allows several pallet loads of empty IBCs to accumulate prior to the filling station.
