After IBOLC, I was assigned to my unit. When I got to the company, there was some 1LT working in a staff position. No ranger tab, never took a platoon. I had my tab and the CO immediately gave me a platoon over this dude. He was royally pissed being that I was lower ranked than him.

2015年4月24日 · First thing first, if you are somewhat competent you will graduate IBOLC. When you show up you will go through HHC for 2-11 IN. Your time in HHC varies depending on when you show up. Generally you will do PT, do a detail and then go home. Overall it is long waiting game where you carry your paperwork with you.
