Oct 14, 2010 · Here are two photos of the same chip. I cleaned it with alcohol and a Q-tip and dried it prior to shooting the pictures. Other than that, the only thing that is different is the position of the microscope. I did not even change the focus. The first picture. is from directly over the chip. The second picture . is at about a 45-degree angle.
How do I identify Pin 1 on a chip with no corner mark
This is where you start counting from 1 going around the chip. A dot can be in the pin 1 corner. A notch can be at the pin 1 end. Actually thinking back to the tube convention, the notch is really showing you where the start/stop gap in numbering is when going around the chip. This is totally consistent with tube pin numbering.

Mar 30, 2016 · For example, inside a vintage Soyuz clock I found an IC labeled "134 ЛБ2A". The series number, 134, indicates the chip is a low-power TTL chip (similar to the 74Lxx series). The "Л" (L) indicates a logic chip (Логические), with "ЛБ" indicating NAND/NOR logic gates. Finally, "2" indicates a specific chip in the ЛБ category.

The Transistor Tester was made for identifying parts, uses an Arduino chip (Atmel328P), and is an open source project, so you can get the code and fix it or enhance it yourself. Both versions have pads for testing surface mount components (and Dave of EEVBlog does test a few SMT devices in his video).

Jan 14, 2011 · X-ray won't tell you much. Dimensions of the chip and where the bonds are attached. Decap is probably necessary. You should be able to get the manufacturer from text on the die, which will be a big clue. If you are really lucky, the manufacturer will put something on the die to help you ID the part number.

Apr 5, 2020 · So I believe what you'd need to do is find another board with a chip that has the same number and lift it, because it seems you can't order one from anywhere. The generic device for BT 5.0 version such as in the fosiaudio amplifiers (eg ZK-502T line) may have very similar specs to this one, other than improved bitrate and XMT power.
