The IEEE GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING LETTERS (GRSL) is a publication for short papers (maximum length 5 pages) addressing new ideas and formative concepts in remote sensing and Earth observation as well as important new and timely results and concepts.

2023年5月19日 · 看来最近 grsl 有控制审稿时间。 （除了有一篇是投稿后 7 天直接 accepted，不过人家通讯作者是 IEEE Fellow ） 还有一个情况是，拒稿几乎是在投稿后一个月左右就会返回拒稿通知，所以我还在观望观望。

在历时四个半月后，周围的人都有了消息，我实在是忍不了了，就发邮件催了一次[email protected]。 这次是德国主编亲自回复（之前是印度主编），说是在决定意见了。
