Myositis-specific antibodies (MSAs) have improved diagnostics, clinical phenotyping, and prognostic stratification of the subtypes of IIMs. Furthermore, the levels of certain MSAs correlate with disease activity and muscle enzyme levels such that titers may be able to be used to predict disease course and treatment response.

摘要： 目的： 1.检测特发性炎性肌病（iim）患者血清中肌炎特异性抗体（msas）的水平，并研究不同亚型抗体与iim患者临床表现的相关性。 2.探讨iim患者血清中抗fhl1抗体的表达及其临床意义。

Results: Among 140 samples positive for at least 1 MSA, 22 patients (15.7%) were positive for at least 2 MSAs on the same sample. The diagnosis of idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs) was confirmed in only 6 patients (27.2%). The frequency of double-positive MSAs was 100% in IIM patients and 60% in non-IIM patients.
