2022年5月31日 · 逆向强化学习（Inverse Reinforcement Learning, IRL）是一种机器学习方法，主要应用于复杂任务的奖励函数估计。 在 强化学习 中，智能体通过与环境互动并收到奖励来 学习 最优策略。

IRL 是指在给定一个策略（optimal or not）或者一些操作示范的前提下，反向推导出MDPs的报酬函数，让智能体通过专家示范（expert trajectories）来学习如何决策复杂问题的一种算法。

一个早期的逆增强学习算法叫做特征匹配逆增强学习 (Feature matching IRL)，最终为求解一个带约束的优化问题，很难应用扩展性好的方法（基于 随机梯度 等）推广到复杂的非线性神经网络。已不再是研究热点。
