2017年12月15日 · Given you have no lytic or focal lesions and are only slightly anemic, I would be quite optimistic that an M-spike of 1.4 g/dL only means a diagnosis of something like MGUS. You may also want to go back and look at your lab results and see what your calcium and creatinine levels are doing.

Since it's negative for any monoclonal protein whatsoever, it's suggesting that the reason your father's kappa free light chain level is elevated is because excess polyclonal (not monoclonal) kappa light chains are floating free in his blood.

2015年9月18日 · Unfortunately his immunoglobulins are still surpressed at IgG: 683 IgM: 17 and IgA: 24. With the m-spike of .3 that leaves his healthy IgG low but doctor doesn't want to do give him any infusion unless he feels like he is getting sick (which thank goodness he doesn't). We know the Revlimid can surpress these so we will keep watch on it.
