CICMHE sponsors the biannual International Material Handling Research Colloquium (IMHRC) to bring together academic and industrial participants to discuss the latest in material handling, facility layout and design, logistics and supply chain research.

Progress in Material Handling Research (PMHR) is the main peer-reviewed research publication issued by the College-Industry Council in Material Handling Education (CICMHE), under the auspices of MHI, and serves as the repository for the scientific content in the International Material Handling Research Colloquium (IMHRC).

The College Industry Council on Material Handling Education (CICMHE) hosts the 16th International Material Handling Research Colloquium (IMHRC). The research issues presented and discussed at the 2023 Colloquium are documented in the Proceedings available here.

Three types of research that are particularly appropriate for IMHRC are: Systems that introduce a new material handling logistics system, technology and/or application by presenting a modeling approach, thorough description, and justification.

IMHRC is member of MHIN-World Health Organisation and Academic Partner of Sikkim Skill University and offers highly specialised PG Diploma Psycho Oncology, PG Diploma Clinical Neuropsychology, PG Diploma Child & Adolescent Psychology, PG Diploma Clinical Hypnotherapy & Ph.D in Clinical Psychology, Psychology and other streams.
