Founded in 2008, INTO OSU works to increase the number of international students at OSU. Academic preparation, English language training, admissions, recruiting and student services for international students at OSU are provided by a 50/50 partnership entity called INTO Oregon State University.

The Virtual Welcome Desk is our place for all information at INTO OSU, and can chat with you via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. The physical desk is also located in the International Living-Learning Center near the north entrance.

Located in the new International Living-Learning Center, INTO OSU offers outstanding academic programs, technology-assisted learning, a welcoming, interconnected community of students from across the U.S. and the world, strong student support programs and state-of-the-art facilities.

INTO Oregon State University Undergraduate Programs prepare international first-year and transfer students for full admission into an OSU degree program by providing credit-bearing courses, language development, academic advising, and community engagement.

Welcome to the Learning Center! Visit us to work with a tutor in the Open Lab, use our computers and printers, or find a space to study. We are open Monday - Thursday 9:00am- 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We offer drop-in tutoring in our Open Lab every day from 10 am to closing.

We offer remote and in-person appointments when available. Any online appointment listed is in PDT time zone (Oregon-time). Do not choose an appointment during your class time. Students billed through INTO OSU, including first-year undergraduates with International Direct services, have this fee included in their tuition. Immigration document check is required for all incoming international and exchange students in all OSU and INTO OSU programs.
