Our gate is open every day. With the help of our volunteers, we feed guests through our soup kitchen, grocery pantry, and Kid’s Pantry. Organize a group of volunteers from your church, school, work, or volunteer as an individual.

Iron Gate relies on the generosity of Tulsa. Support comes from individual donors, faith organizations, businesses, foundations and service organizations. Iron Gate is Tulsa's largest stand-alone soup kitchen and grocery pantry. Our mission is to feed the hungry and homeless of Tulsa every day.

As Tulsa’s largest stand-alone soup kitchen, Iron Gate serves between 200-300 individuals affected by homelessness each day. Most guests are living with at least one diet-related health condition that can be exacerbated by poor nutrition.

Iron Gate's mission is simple. We feed the hungry of Tulsa—every day. We feed people in three ways, through our Soup Kitchen, Grocery Pantry, and Kid’s Pack Pantry. We call those who eat at Iron Gate our “guests” because we invite them to eat with us.

Your generous support helps Iron Gate continue feeding the hungry and homeless of Tulsa every day. Together, we are making sure our neighbors in need receive food. $35 is enough to provide 7 plates of hearty food during the community meal.

Please note Iron Gate has moved to its new facility, Iron Gate on Archer, at 501 W. Archer in Downtown Tulsa. There is parking behind the building that you can access from the west entrance beyond the red gate. Iron Gate signed a 99-year lease with Tulsa County in April for the 1.77 acre-lot at the intersection of West Archer and North Frisco. Iron Gate's new 17,000 square foot facility will feature a covered patio, a dedicated grocery pantry, and more storage space.
