2008年2月15日 · Samples of the iron oxides Fe 0.94 O, Fe 3 O 4, Fe 2 O 3, and Fe 2 SiO 4 were prepared by high temperature equilibration in controlled gas atmospheres. The samples were fractured in vacuum and high resolution XPS spectra of the fractured surfaces were measured.

2017年5月31日 · We report X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results on iron oxide magnetic nanoparticle (Fe 3 O 4) synthesized using solvothermal reduction in the presence of polyethylene glycol. The magnetite obtained was employed as precursor for the synthesis of γ-Fe 2 O 3 (by oxygen dissociation) which in turn was transformed into α-Fe 2 O 3 .
