John F Sherman is the founder of JFS Fonts, whose day job is teaching graphic design at the University of Notre Dame. A research interest of mine at Notre Dame is the life and work of Eric Gill. An outgrowth of this work is the first font design published by JFS Fonts titled Felicitas.
