2024年12月11日 · Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy was originally released as a "PS2 Classic" for PS4 back in 2017. Not long after this game was released, Sony ceased their program to convert PS2 games to the PS4. Earlier this year, Sony surprised us by ushering in a new wave of PS2 games for both PS4 and PS5.

Jak 3 also had many levels that were a return to TPL/crash bandicoot style platforming, whereas Jak 2 only had a few sequences like that(the long cable to the palace and mars tomb are the only ones that come to mind)

The PS3C received graphical advancements, yes, but there are flawed areas of the remaster graphically that are overlooked. Among improved graphics in areas, simultaneously video game remasters generally do also commonly mess somethings up graphically. Jak PS3 has plenty of the latter, as well as new audio bugs.

2021年3月24日 · Just bought the Jak and Daxter collection for the PS5 (40$) and I've got to say Im very disappointed. I expected at least a good resolution upscale for 40 freaking dollars, yet I feel like im playing the precursor legacy on a PS2.

I loved the world, the characters, the atmosphere, the jokes. I liked the last Ratchet & Clank game, or at least saw the potential. Jak could be like that. The game needs a big redesign, but there are other similar modern games that have modern gameplay elements that Jak 4 could borrow. I also want to see a Jak 4 open world with PS5 graphics.

I was originally gonna play it on an emulator, but I looked it up and found 2 games on ps4, which I could play on ps5. Jak and Daxter The Precursor Legacy, and Jak and Daxter Bundle. Is the Precursor Legacy the first game? If yes should I buy that for 7€?
