The first being Alastor wanting to be free of his deal and owning his soul again, since wings are commonly associated with freedom, so by clipping them, you are removing one's freedom. Second theory is that Alastor is a Fallen Angel. and he's in Hell because he was bored in Heaven and started causing mayhem.

2020年2月3日 · I think Alastor is just a persona to fool every one into protecting God from every ones scrupulous eye. Much like an under cover cop, if God wanted to infiltrate hell then it would make sense that he makes up a name and back story and everything else and waited for his time.
