The JNV Perspective Academic Plan, or PAP, is a structured approach designed to enhance academic excellence in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs). This comprehensive plan focuses on providing students with the tools and resources they need to excel in their studies.

The JNVs are present in 28 states and 8 Union Territories at the moment. These coeducational residential schools are entirely funded and run by the Indian government through an independent organization called Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test is used to select students for admission to JNVs in class VI.

The OLabs is based on the idea that lab experiments can be taught using the Internet, more efficiently and less expensively. The labs can also be made available to students with no access to physical labs or where equipment is not available owing to being scarce or costly.
