2023年1月22日 · Yeah they’re a good start, but apparently are less accurate when you get fat adapted as your body excretes less ketones via urine. Definitely worth having when you’re just getting started imo. After being in ketosis for a week or so, you can sort of tell you’re in ketosis by the way you feel. Test strips help you confirm your subjective measurements.
