2021年12月4日 · Note that the same Speaker is sold as T301 with vertical configuration and mounting hardware. Owner kindly sent that to me as well but given the results below, I don't think we need to measure it. A compact speaker like this is a dream as far as usability below a TV on the wall which is the type of imagery company uses to promote it.

2007年6月17日 · Also looking at m&k sound mp-7, ma apex a40 and kef Ci4100QL-THX for the centre as I have limited space. Have an opportunity to go for a used KEF T301c but won't be able to audition. Is for a living room 5.1 system, room is 4.5m x 3.6m.

2020年6月30日 · Currently using 4x 3001SE as surrounds but was considering swapping them out for T301’s, mainly for an aesthetic point of view. Are the T301 noticeably more capable than the 3001’s or would any difference in sound be minimal? Thanks

2002年10月20日 · Looks like I will be downsizing a bit in the speaker department. Kef R500s will be replaced at the front by R100s for left and right duties along with an R200 centre. Rear surrounds will be either the Kef T101 or the 301s. Is there any benefit of having the 301s over the 101s? Sub is an SVS SB13...

2021年12月4日 · "Selecta-mount" is the same technique which KEF uses in both KHT9000 and T301 - it reduces bass. Loudspeaker with flat anechoic frequency response (T301C is "flat" between 180 Hz and 3 kHz) when mounted on-wall will exhibit SPL gain below 1 kHz - bigger in lower frequencies (up to 6 dB), so it needs to be reduced to be flat again.

2017年7月2日 · Hi Shimrod, Sorry to dig up an old post but I have a question regarding the Kef T301’s, I too have the R500 fronts paired with the R200C , I’m looking for an on wall speaker for the rear duties, my room is 4.2m long by 3.2m wide, sofa will be set off the wall approx 1.2m from the back wall, so there’s plenty of room round the back.

2021年12月4日 · Actually KEF T301C is shallower 1,5” vs IKEA’s 2”. Anyway it’s difficult not to agree with you on the rest. I always expect KEF to deliver best in class sound quality! The Ikea speaker is FAR better sounding. Way better and deeper …

2022年1月3日 · Note: KEF makes a special stand for this speaker that modifies its frequency response somehow. I did not have that and tested the unit as is. KEF T101 Measurements Acoustic measurements can be grouped in a way that can be perceptually analyzed to determine how good a speaker is and how it can be used in a room.
