The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is stamped into the frame's head tube, which is located behind the headlight / front numberplate. The VIN code is 17 digits long. The first digit is the country code, which is J for Japan.

2009年5月29日 · Searched the internet for Kawasaki VIN Lookup: JKAKX080WWA007997 = 1998 KX80-W1 (motocross motorcycle). Kawasaki.com only has motorcross VINs for 2008-2015. CycleChaos.com doesn't seem to have any info for the 1998 KX80.

2006年1月30日 · I did do that, and it seems you are right. For some reason Bike Bandit has a 2 year dead spot for the KD 80, then resumes in 1984. I think, from what i can see, that maybe the 1984 kx 80 E1 stator plate may fit my engine. The parts are rediculousy expensive though. Maybe I can find a whole used KX motor on ebay or something.

2007年6月13日 · Hi, i recently got, and am redoing a kd 80, i think it is an 1983. Any way, i was wondering, what type of transmission oil do i put into it. Also, do you put in oil for the motor (motor oil) to this 2 stroke bike, and if so, where? Thanks for all of your input.:D :D :D :biggrin:

2007年4月7日 · By the book I'm supposed to be using NGK R6254K-105's in my kids 2000 KX80 and 2006 KX85. Is there a down side or problems with running the older B8EG's of B9EG's instead? The 105's are resistors and the b8 & 9's are non-resistor. What's everyone running?

2009年2月1日 · My son has a 1989 kx 80 And i cant seem to get spark to it. I took the cdi box out and coil to look at. I took to the dealer to ask Questions but no luck. So i took the coil out of another bike and i got spark and just to see i tried the old coil i had in it and it worked too. tried to start it and got one fire and then nothing. No spark again.
