When KCBC opened in 2016, it became the first brick-and-mortar production brewery to operate in the historic brewing neighborhood of Bushwick in more than 40 years. With its focus on high-quality beers, wildly-creative art, and laid-back taproom vibes, KCBC has become a destination for locals and tourists alike.

The KCBC Taproom is located smack dab in the middle of Bushwick - surrounded by a bunch of fun stuff. Come by for a rotating selection of house-made draft beers, ranging from lagers (our fav), to hazy + clear IPAs, to sours and barrel-aged stouts.

From the very beginning, we have focused on producing a wide variety of styles–Lagers, IPAs (both Hazy & West Coast), Fruited Sours, Pale Ales, Old World Classics and more. We also have an ambitious Barrel-Aging program with regular Taproom-only bottle releases. But don’t worry; we try not to take ourselves too seriously.

Classic German-style Helles lager, with an added layer of beechwood smoked malt from the Franconian Jura Mountains. Subtle bonfire smoke, light herbal hops, crisp Alpine freshness, and a clean, dry finish. Approachable, food-friendly and hellishly crushable.

A supremely crushable wintery dark lager -- here to steal your soul and destroy your dreams. Toasted layers of pilsner & black malt, balanced hop bitterness and a spritz finish. Dark-yet-light. Subtle and smooth. Drink it all night.

Orders ship on Mondays & Wednesdays. Bright straw-yellow in the glass, with a fluffy white head and notes of fresh bread, earthy lemongrass, sweet honeysuckle, and smooth, balanced bitternesses. Extra crispy finish. Brewed with a light base of premium pilsner malt, and hopped with Tettnang, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Styrian Celeia hops.
