He was waiting for Von inside the store on 63rd & King Drive when he was shot in the back twice by Jaro City 50 Shotz and was killed. 50 was arrested shortly after and waited for 11 years until he was sentenced to 115 years this year for the murder and shooting at officers who were on the scene.
