I think the klaxosaur princess may have biomechancally altered her body which would explain her being over 60 million years old.

Individually, characters mean "scream" and "dragon", so the translation team chose klaxo which is based on ancient Greek klazo, "make a sharp sound, scream" and used it as taxonomic affix and attached it to saur.
