2010年2月23日 · Trilux L2A2 SUIT sight repairs/parts? So a few months ago, I broke part of the mount for the Trilux that sits on my FAL (Actually, an SAR48 Match... but you get the idea...). It's a Trilux, ex Brit military acquired in the 1980s. Does anyone specialize in parts for these? Refurbishing them? I found some folks doing re-illum.

Israeli TRILUX L2A2 SUIT scope with FN FAL L1A1 dust cover. The SUIT sight is a 4× telescopic sight with tritium-powered illumination (not operational anymore due to its age), utilized at dusk or dawn.

There are other scope options out there, but the Trilux is the easiest to find, most affordable, and most correct for what I'm going for. I paid $525 shipped for the optic, mount, and LED conversion piece from a fella on FAL files. There are also Israeli versions of this with some neat Hebrew text on the label sticker.

2022年7月6日 · Tritium vials can be found here in the marketplace or by a member Mountain man I believe it was. Over the last year or two I've seen the SUIT sell for $300-400 and the mounts for $200-300. Back in the day you could get the combo for about $250.

Up for auction is an original British L2A2 Tri-Lux SUIT scope and mount for the L1A1 rifle. This scope assembly is intact except for the small tabs on the back of the top cover have been removed so it fits onto a metric receiver as well as the inch models. The tritium insert housing is present, but the glow has long stopped. It could be revived.

This looks to be a surplus British or Australian sight, intended for the L1A1 FAL rifles. The scope has its serial number, and various military markings (the broadhead arrow indicating commonwealth use). The scope is in good working shape, and the glass is clear.
