The lens is a very costly part of any decent projector, and IMO LG has wisely made the lens adjustments manual—which assuredly keeps the cost down—while ensuring the lens itself is of very high quality, with no visible blur or chromatic aberration and great edge-to-edge sharpness.

2021年7月6日 · LG iTPG, at least with LG OLED, works in RGB, and the LUT is 64-1023, so it needs 16-255 patches. It looks like this projector is working the same, but I haven't tested it to confirm. MobileForge can't generate 16-255 patches, even with 16-235 is not accurate. PGenerator can output bit-perfect RGB 16-235 / 16-255 / 0-255.

2021年1月19日 · So looks like LG HU810P projector is officially announced and small number of reviewers got their hands on it to test out. I spoke to my local retailer in Canada. They are telling me that they are taking pre order now and LG is telling retailers in Canada that will be available for shipment in March.

They need converting into Limited Range, which is why you see the LG specific files contained within the full HDR10 pattern suite named with two sets of Code values (e.g. 100% white should be labelled LGxxxxx1023_940.mp4, etc, etc).
