LMMS is a free, open source, multiplatform digital audio workstation.

While packages are available for many Linux distros, the AppImage provided at lmms.io/download is the preferred installation method. As of LMMS 1.3.0-alpha, 32-bit (x86) builds of the software are no longer released, and its support has been deprecated.

2020年7月4日 · The nice thing about the Mac is that there's a lot more development going for it on the commercial and free side both. Most of the VST's that I run on a regular basis also have an AU version available, especially the commercial ones.

2020年5月13日 · At first, when I went for Mac after using Windows my whole life, I encountered many difficulties, and it seemed like I couldn't use any other app or feature other than the ones designed by them. It is not easy to create features for them or find one that they will support.

2021年5月31日 · Hi, I have MacOS Sierra (10.12.6), and the latest version on the main Mac download page will not install. I looked around on these forums but couldn't find any listing of which are the best stable older versions to use with my OS.
