
Long Range Desert Group - Wikipedia
The Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) was a reconnaissance and raiding unit of the British Army during the Second World War. Originally called the Long Range Patrol (LRP), the unit was founded in Egypt in June 1940 by Major Ralph Alger Bagnold, acting under the direction of General Archibald Wavell.

2025年3月18日 · While the Pink Panther is a very cool and effective vehicle and would be useful to many in the shadows of the SAS halls, I am interested in WW2 historically, and so I think the LRDG Willys Jeep is more the flavour of the sim (at least as I fly it). Note the interesting tactical arrangement of this two vehicle group.
