2019年9月17日 · So i ended up going with Mercon LV from the Ford Dealer (black bottle - appears to be conventional transmission fluid) had it changed in Dec 2021. Did a pan drop and no filter change, filter only has 14,000 miles/ 24,000km since last change, so just the magnet was cleaned and the mechanic cleaned the trans filter (for right or wrong).

Don't know what it's compatable with, but the recommended change on my '08 is 150K-basically a lifetime fluid. I've heard it's either semi or full synthetic and, according to my dealer's auto trans Tech, it's really good.
