2012年2月28日 · When you enter UoM in the sales order, you can directly specify what you want like KG or grams or whatever. System will automatically calculate the conversion from the UOM you maintained in the Material Master. It works fine for KG and gram, but i am not sure if it is the same with other weights of measurements. Please give it a try.

2013年11月25日 · You can configure in your model what KFs are Currency and UOM conversion relevant and the conversion factors. Especially for UOM, you specify the base unit as part of a Master Data Type (e.g. Product) . In the Planning Views and Analytics, you can choose the Target UOM and/or Currency and the system will do the conversion.

Each conversion factor consists of the following: From and To units of measure, such as LBR (pound) and ONZ (ounce). An operator and factor, such as multiply by 16. Start and (optional) end dates. A unit of measure (UOM) can be specified in multiple places: in the transaction, on a fee, and at the authority level.

2012年11月26日 · I'm not attempting to change the base UOM in the material master. For example, my material's base UOM is in LB, do I need to maintain the LB-to-KG conversion in the Additional Data > Units of measure in order to activate the conversion?

2016年8月29日 · In Material master, there is no UOM LB both in the base UOM and the alternative UOM in the additional data as well as the SKU. In its source list, there is NO LB defined. When PO is created, we can create it as LB but how it is converted from LB to the UOM in material master.
