Lebadang's original art is peppered with a glorious palette of intense blues and bright oranges and reds. He also loved printmaking, and Lebadang art prints for sale include lithographs, serigraphs, and etches, with the lithographs under the name of Hoi.

Lebadang is recognized as an accomplished printmaker, having worked extensively in the media of etching, lithography, and serigraphy. "Lebadangraphy" is his invention whereby he achieves harmony with a minimum of colors, using the same silkscreens several times. His work is in the Rockefeller Collection and the Phoenix Art Museum, among others.

Lebadang was a Vietnamese-born French artist best known for his densely textured mixed-media paintings of molded pasteboard, limestone, and pigment on burlap or canvas surfaces.

Painting and printmaking were Lebadang’s most frequently used media but he also worked in terra cotta and a variety of other media, such as “Vessel” (1994). Whatever he created, each piece spoke to the entangled roles of man and nature.

Two Le Ba Dang prints (Hoi Le Ba Dang 1922-2015) etching titled “Le Cheval” 25.75” x 18.5”W. sight size, pencil signed, embossed and numbered 47/120; along with a lithograph titled “Hi Hou Bleu” 22.5”H. x 17.25”W. sight size. Both have labels from Rudolf Lesch Fine Arts, one certificate of authenticity, both framed.
