2019年5月27日 · Twitch made the emote global presumably based on the popularity of the BTTV version. TotalBiscuit had it first as a sub emote. BTTV had it first as a global emote. Twitch removing OmegaLUL for the reason they stated is stupid. If LUL only recently had become a global? Then sure. It's been a global on Twitch since like 2017.

2020年5月16日 · The LUL emote was uploaded by TotalBiscut himself years ago. It's been maintained on BTTV because the photographer served him with a DMCA to remove it from his emotes and people wanted to keep using it.

2017年9月25日 · Twitch chat, in general, has always been toxic. It's up to the streamer/mods to prevent toxicity in chat. Adding a LUL to a comment should not in a way make a toxic comment less toxic or not toxic at all. You might just be watching streams that aren't well moderated.
