Introduced in Update 1.97 "Viking Fury", the Lvkv 9040C has very similar performance to other Strf 90 IFVs. It's capable of engaging both air and ground targets effectively. Its 40 mm cannon has a slow rate of fire, and a small magazine with only 24 shots, so shots need to be precise in order to save ammo and guarantee a kill.

In similar fashion to the ZSU-57, the Lvkv 42 is an SPAA particularly deadly for enemy tanks. It has access to a powerful 40 mm cannon with a good fire rate. It also features SAPHEI shells in some of its belts, which helps against lightly armoured vehicles.
