The Carro Armato M11/39 was an Italian medium tank first produced prior to World War II. The M11/39 saw service in Africa and Italy (1939–1944). The official Italian designation was Carro Armato (armoured vehicle) M11/39.

2013年7月24日 · The M11/39 was the first M series tank built for the Italian Army. The first prototype was completed in 1937 and the vehicle was accepted for service in the following year. The vehicle was armed with a limited traverse 37/40 gun mounted in the right side and two 8mm Breda machine-guns mounted in a turret that provided a 360 degree field of fire.

The Fiat-designed M11/39 medium tanks entered production in 1937. They each had a fixed 37-millimeter gun as the primary armament, supported by twin-machine guns in the rotating turret. They were designed to carry radio for communications, but as it turned out, none would be installed as they were rolled off the production lines.
