2020年8月2日 · The BM59 rifle is based on the M1, and the first examples were actually converted M1 rifles. So it is quite possible to modify an M1 receiver to BM-59 specs. I personally find the idea of cutting up an original, functioning M1 rifle to be something of a travesty, and I didn’t find any stripped receivers for sale at the time I was looking.

2019年5月18日 · I’m looking at buying an unmodified BM 59 paratrooper stock for my M1A but I’m worried about doing the conversion. Has anyone ever done it or seen instructions before? Note that this is not the modified Springfield or Reese stock. You can see how the standard gi stock doesn’t have enough meat in the rear to mate up with the bm59 metal.

2013年7月24日 · This is a 1987 M1A-A1 Bush Rifle, this is the original configuration as shipped in a BM-59 Style folding stock. Stock is in pristine condition as it has spent more time in storage in the safe than with the action in it. Action was mounted in GI fiberglass for general tp and hunting.
