Dec 16, 2010 · Re: Tikka M695 vs Tikka M658 The 695 and 658 are quite similar. However, one difference is a syntetic sleeve around the bolt wich makes the bolt run even slicker than the T3 and 695. The sleeve eliminates metal to metal contact between the bolt and the receiver and between the lockinglug and the boltstop.
