2022年5月23日 · The contract, signed by Eng. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Sulaim, CEO of JCDC, and Mr Mohammed Saleh Bin Laden, Chairman, MBL, marks the beginning of the project’s first phase, which will commence in the heart of Jeddah, between Al-Salam Royal Palace and water desalination plant.

MBL will build sea berths and yacht marinas spanning 2.5 km along with floating berths within the marina itself. According to JCDC, about 1.5km of waterfront berths will also be built and while the city’s public and private beaches will be equipped with modern new facilities.

(MBL).

Red Sea International Company has announced its subsidiary has been awarded a $30.13 million (SAR113 million) contract by Modern Building Leaders Company (MBL) for a section of the Jeddah Central mega project.

2022年6月1日 · JCDC, a wholly-owned unit of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund Public Investment Fund (PIF), is developing the mega project on a 5.7-million-sq-m area in Jeddah.
