Representing hundreds of Muslims, MIT Muslim Students Association is a close-knit and friendly community assisting the diverse Muslims at MIT with their practice of Islam. We offer social, spiritual, and academic programs and aim at building a strong community for all Muslims on campus.

Housing at MIT is done through the Housing Office. Picking where to live is an important choice, as your dormmates will often become some of your closest friends throughout your time at MIT. Each dorm has a unique personality and flavor, but don't forget that each also has a different housing arrangement.

Hossein Mosallaei is a Muslim-Shia chaplain at MIT. He has been actively involved with student groups at different universities, also helping Shia student efforts at MIT from 2007 with Mobin also under ZEKR, in organizing various programs including Quran Study, Dua Kumayl, Nahj al-Balagha, Sahifa Sajjadia, and lecture series.
