Manindra Nath Ghosh (1924 – 28 October 2021) was an Indian pharmacologist who was the first director of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) in Puducherry, India.

It is an authoritative and influential book for Pharmacy and Pharmacology students and teachers, covering fundamentals of all aspects of Experimental Pharmacology, ranging from laboratory animal handling, traditional isolated tissue experiments to alternative tools as cell lines, as well as molecular, biological, and clinical research aspects.
