说白了，mpeg-7跟mpeg-2、mpeg-4等除了名字有点像以外没有更多的相同点。所以我很怀疑题主所谓“mpeg-7没有普及”的结论的得出是把它当成了一个编码标准。 mpeg-7的详细语法知识等等就不赘述了，题主只要知道它是以xml的形式记录多媒体内容的元数据的。
