2015年6月3日 · Mr. X Mystery Finally Solved! So the lot at Playtonic Games ended up holding an AMA today, and a good few people asked questions on older Rare games like DKC. Looks like Mr. X was nothing more than just an alternate version of the giant skeleton that chases you in the fairground level.

It could be that Mr. X is in Donkey Kong Land 2. DKL2 is based loosely off DKC2 for the Game Boy. It has slightly different levels, enemies, and characters, but the same general storyline. Perhaps that's a picture of the German DKL2 manual. I thought his name was Klubba, then again it is a game in a different language.

This weekend, I decided to play Donkey Kong Country 2, what I consider to be the best game in the series. It has superior gameplay, music, plot, and difficulty when compared to the other two games, and was a huge part of my childhood.
