Mei Wa Kwong, JD has over two decades of experience in state and federal policy work. She is the Executive Director for the Center for Connected Health Policy (CCHP), the federally designated National Telehealth Policy Resource Center.

Ms. Kwong is a nationally recognized expert on telehealth policy. In her current role at CCHP she works with the organization’s multitude of national and regional partners on telehealth issues and oversees CCHP’s projects, provides policy technical assistance to state and federal lawmakers, industry members, providers, consumers and others.

In 2000, Cally Kwong founded and launched her eponymous jewellery brand encapsulating the highest appreciation for life, art and heritage as her brand philosophy. Miss Kwong holds a Graduate Gemologist Diploma from GIA and a Calligraphy Education Diploma from the City University of Hong Kong.

Ms. KWONG is experienced in working with children, youth and family. She is the first Cantonese speaking Practitioner of TBRI® in Asia, in which TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children.

Upon several days of using the methods, my son immediately was responsive and started to utter more sounds. Afterwards, through weekly or biweekly zoom sessions with Ms Kwong, my son continued to improve. From no meaningful language to now trying to imitate and can speak some single words (in a period of 15 months), our family is in ecstasy.

Serving as Acting Head of Division of the Nuclear Technology Development and Economics at OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) Ms Kwong supports both the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC) and its 65 member countries in a broad spectrum of activities designed for nuclear energy development.
