2006年11月4日 · 1. If you don't like MSAR mags, you can use AUG mags in MSAR's fourth-generation STG-556 (i.e., any STG-556 without the Forward Assist). I have tried this myself. 2. If you want to use AR-15 mags and you own an AUG the $300 Steyr NATO conversion kit from CDNN is a good option.

2022年4月10日 · First let’s examine the MSAR gen 4 AUG mag stock (& it does take standard AUG mags)… QD sling mounts on bottom of stock & grip. Textured grip. Rounded corners on the safety = MUCH more comfortable. Markings on safety all the way around for view from multiple angles, AUG has only on the rear. Bolt release is less likely to snag & easier to use.

2023年1月25日 · As far as I’m aware, MSAR and AUG parts are not compatible. Take a look at the sticky at the top of this subreddit. The very early MSAR had some issues but the later ones the Gen 4 and the E4 are great. If it has the external AR style forward assist it is a gen 1 or 1.5 and I would probably stay away from it.
