The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement from the Office of the Product Director Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE), located at Redstone Arsenal, AL, to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Maintenance Support Device- Version 4 Rugged and Light (MSD-V4R and MSD-V4L) Systems.

The Sustainment Training Center (STC) offers a MSD-V4 R/L Training Course focusing on how to restore the MSD and load software needed to troubleshoot. Core fundamental teaching points are operation of the MSD-V4 R/L and troubleshooting using available software and WATS kit.

The MSD-V4R system is intended to support all Army maintainers including ground, armor, aviation, missile, wheeled vehicle, signal/radio, command and control, and other tactical system maintainers.
