Nov 18, 2021 · Not sure how a leased car is titled in PA. To register a leased car in NC the form is MVR-330. I don’t think NC will issue a new title (MVR-1 form)since you’re most likely not on the PA title. You may need a Power of Attorney form to sign for the leasing company. I’m a finance manager and do NC DMV work.

May 6, 2023 · Yeah I was curious and looked it up on NC DOT's official website. #1 sounds like you just need the out of state registration. #2, the MVR-1 Title application form has a section for your Lien info and its start/maturity date. Makes no sense why somebody needs to own a car to register it, definitely a clueless worker.

The registration is only $38.75. The rest is annual property tax based on the retail value of the vehicle. I'm actually happy it's done that way because I actually have some control over how much it costs by my choice of vehicle.

Mar 11, 2023 · Lost title: Filling out MVR-4 discussion Apologies if this has already been asked, but I lost the title to my car and need a new one so I'm filling out the MVR-4 now and have already received the Lien Release Statement from the company that originally financed the loan (car has been paid off for 10 years but DMV said it is still required).

Nov 9, 2022 · I do when it says Progressive on caller ID you jerk. Nothing like this has ever happened before. I have 5 email addresses and the one the email they sent just says lexisnexis couldn't provide an mvr. I pay Progressive and as long as there aren't any incidents everything should be fine and business as usual, like it has been for years.
