The Private Military Company (PMC) is a playable Loyalist multiplayer faction in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The faction makes an appearance in the campaign levels "Persona Non Grata" and "Return To Sender".

In Feburary 2023, Konni, under the identity of a British PMC named Crown, entered Al Mazrah and Ashika Island, recruiting operators and offering lucrative payouts for contracts against Al-Qatala, Las Almas Cartel and Shadow Company.

In Modern Warfare 3 their appearance greatly changes after their defeat at the hands of the Ultranationalists. Instead of looking like a professional army like they once were, Loyalists had to adopt a more traditional PMC look in terms of tactical clothing and gear.
