TAG makes all missile locks faster and all missiles more accurate while its painted onto a target. NARC makes all missile locks instantaneous and all missile more accurate until the target dies. NARC and TAG can both be OK with AI LRM boats. But are still kind of hard to use. Your AI will TAG anything it points at all the time, which is nice.
