MapMan 是一款基于 Gene Ontology 的组学分析软件。软件分析的过程简单来说就是通过对比客户（customer）提供的Gene list 中给定的Genes 与已经构建好的Mapping文件，并将Gene list 中所带的值可视化出来，是一款将RNA或者DNA-seq结果可视化的分析软件。
