Mart Laar (born 22 April 1960) is an Estonian politician and historian. He served as the Prime Minister of Estonia from 1992 to 1994 and from 1999 to 2002. [1] Laar is credited with having helped bring about Estonia's rapid economic development during the 1990s. [2] He is a member of the centre-right Isamaa party. [3]

Mart Laar (sündinud 22. aprillil 1960 Viljandis) on Eesti poliitik, ajaloolane ja kirjanik. Aastatel 1992–1994 ja 1999–2002 oli ta Eesti peaminister. Ta on olnud Eesti Kongressi ja Põhiseaduse Assamblee liige ning kuulunud aastatel 1992–2013 kõikidesse Riigikogu koosseisudesse.

Mart Laar on reservohvitser, aastal 1998. sai ta lipniku ja 2006. aastal nooremleitnandi auastme. Laar on Eesti Muinsuskaitse Seltsi liige ning Eesti Üliõpilaste Seltsi auvilistlane. Aastatel 2013-2023 oli Eesti Panga Nõukogu esimees. Aastatel 2012-2013 oli Riigikogu XII koosseisu liige.

2022年10月22日 · Sel päeval ametisse astunud Mart Laari (32) juhitud Isamaa, Mõõdukate ja ERSP valitsus muutis Eestit pöörase tempoga ning peaminister ise muutus ruttu kogu maailma välisajakirjanike lemmikuks. Eesti vabariigi peaminister Mart Laar 1992. aastal. Esimest korda peaministriks saades oli Laar alles 32-aastane.
