While earning a salary and working toward industry-specific certifications and an associate degree, you will receive intensive year-round block-style training, where you will alternate time between school and the company with more time at the company as training progresses.

Apprentice Application - MAT²
To start as a MAT2 Apprentice with a company, you have to place into the AAS degree program at the college. You can apply at a college once you get an offer from a MAT2 Network Company. To start as a MAT2 Apprentice you also have to be eligible to work in the United States.
