2021年11月3日 · Sixteen A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft assigned to the 175th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard, conducted a mission generation exercise and an “elephant walk” at Warfield Air National Guard Base at Martin State Airport, Middle River, Md., Nov. 3, 2021. The exercise highlighted the agility and rapid mobility of the MDANG's airpower.

It is the oldest unit in the Maryland Air National Guard, having over 90 years of service to the state and nation. The 175th Wing is composite unit and has three active USAF gaining commands: the Air Combat Command for its fighter aircraft and cyber units, and United States Air Forces in Europe for its 235th Civil Engineer Flight.
