Best class for Mass Effect 2? : r/masseffect - Reddit
Soldier is really good. Ammo powers basically ensure you're ready for anything. Sentinel is also really good, as it has the tankiest power in the game, allowing you to negate 50% of all damage pretty much indefinitely, AND it has the two best powers in the game: Warp and Overload, AND it has Throw, which can be used to detonate Warp for bonus damage.
I can't decide on which class to choose (ME2)? - Reddit
2022年8月18日 · That can leave certain classes feel underwhelming in ME2. Lastly is the fact that the Soldier is notoriously overpowered in ME2. Between Adrenaline Rush, the large number of weapons available and all the ammo types available, the Soldier is downright more powerful than the other classes in terms of pure DPS.
Ranking Classes for Insanity runs in ME1, ME2, & ME3 (ME1 spoiler)
2021年5月23日 · Fully agreed. In ME1 and ME2 (more so in ME2), focusing on weapon damage --while you use squad mates to strip shields and control targets with biotic-- is just the superior choice. In ME1 the soldier is the best option as although the infiltrator is good it just can't compete in terms of dps and and mad survivability. In ME2 though. Oh my.
Guide to class/squad in Me2 on insanity. : r/masseffect - Reddit
2021年5月28日 · First let’s start with classes, Me2 made it so most of your powers won’t work on someone with protection (Barrier,Shield,Armour) and on insanity every enemy will have some type of protection even husks. Because of this powers that strip defences are far more valuable than others. Easier classes-
Best and worst classes for ME2? : r/masseffect - Reddit
2021年5月17日 · Higher difficulty ME2 is probably the game I feel least powerful in when playing as an Adept. Personal preference throws it all out the window of course. Engineer is my personal favorite because I love throwing pet drones all over the field with Tali on my squad while we rip through their layers of shields, armor, etc. but I wouldn't call that ...
Best and worst classes in each game? : r/masseffect - Reddit
2022年4月23日 · Old comment, I know, but Engineer is actually one of the best classes in ME2. The combat drone is amazing and Incinerate is the best damage power in the game. Sadly in ME1 and 3 engineer is one of the weaker classes for sure, but 2 specifically is a real bright spot.
What's your "tier list" of classes for the three games?
As far as doing an insanity play-through, it depends on the game. For ME1, biotics are pretty OP and make even Insanity easy mode if you're careful and get the hang of it. Engineer classes are also good because a lot of the enemies you'll be facing are synthetic. For ME2, Sentinel is pretty much the OP class.
Which class for ME2? : r/masseffect - Reddit
2021年6月6日 · So I'm torn which class to pick for my main "canon" playthrough (and also my first playthrough in Legendary Edition) in ME2. Back in the days of the original games, I went straight Soldier for all 3 games for every "canon" playthrough, the only other classes I ever played was Adept for ME1, and Sentinel in ME 2 and 3 on Nightmare difficulty.
Whats the most fun class to use in ME2? : r/masseffect - Reddit
2020年4月24日 · I've never really played the Sentinel class too much in ME2, but I loved it in 3. Soldier can be fun. Switching between ammo types to best suit your needs, and hitting those sweet combo detonators. Engineer is more tactical. Using your drone and companions to keep enemies bouncing between who to target while whittling away at them is fun.
Am I choosing the wrong classes, or is ME2 combat awful?
Most classes get a horrible pistol/SMG with the occasional shotgun/sniper. This would be fine if the powers weren't nerfed so much. All the powers do pitiful damage, and using any power puts all on a cool down, which can be really annoying at times; and all the heavy weapons besides the mcain suck and do horrible damage, and the mcain has low ammo.
