For the best experience, we suggest a sweat towel for every class and a mat towel for Melt Vinyasa. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we’ll hook you up with a rental for your first visit (excludes ClassPass members).

Frequently Asked Questions — Melt House of Fitness
Melt Cycle and Melt Cycle/Lift Combo require shoes. Shoes are optional for Melt Lift. Every other Melt class is done barefoot.
